Reporting on your workspace activity is provided through the workspace Audit logs. This keeps a record of internal activities within your workspace. You can search and view audit logs for your workspace at anytime.

Searching and viewing your workspace audit log

You can search and view audit logs for your workspace by following these steps:

  1. Select the My workspaces link from the top navigation menu or the task link options within the body of the Home page. This will show a list of your workspaces on the My workspaces page.
  2. Select the Name of the workspace you want to view audit logs for. And this will show you that workspace's details page with left side menu options.
  3. Select Audit log from the left side menu options. This will show you the Audit log page with a search form.
  4. Type a word or phrase for the audit log into the Search box. This search function allows you to search for audit logs by timestamp, type or username. You will have the options to apply filtering and pagination before or after your search.
  5. Select the relevant audit log result to view the content and detail.

You can clear your search using the Clear search link below the Search button.

You can apply filtering by timestamp, type or username to any search.

Applying Pagination

You can change the number of results you wish returned per page using the Display results dropdown box option.

Applying pagination will add pagination controls 'Next' and 'Previous' links to the result display page.
