You can add Named values to a workspace by following these steps:

  1. Select the My workspaces link from the navigation menu or the task link option within the body of the Homepage. This will show you the Workspace named values page with a list of workspace Named values.
  2. Select the Named values option from the left side menu option. This will show you the Workspace named values page with a list of workspace Named values.
  3. Select the View link next to the Named value from the list. This will show you the Workspace named value page with the following details:
  • Delete named value link at the top of the detail - allows you to delete a workspace named value
  • Name - the friendly name given to the Workspace named value
  • Value type - identifies the type of Workspace named value (Plain-text or Secret)
  • Status - indicates the status of the Workspace named value
  • Value - value assigned to the Workspace named value
  • Edit link - allows you to change the value assigned to the Workspace named value
